What I am doing NOw

Where Am I
I am at home in Austin, Texas. Currently, as part of coronavirus “social distancing”, I am staying home as much as possible and limiting contact with others.
My Priorities
- I am focused on finding a new professional role as an executing in business unit management, marketing, product management, or strategy. I welcome any conversations, introductions, ideas, etc. that can connect me to people who may be hiring in these roles or who can network..
- I am focused on adding coaching clients for Jumpbeat Strategy.
- I am taking advantage of the fact that many are working remotely to cycle through my network, refresh it, and expand it.
How I am feeling
- Generally, I am positive. I do have concerns about how the current virus situation will effect my ability to find my next job both in terms of hiring activity and the long term effect of the economy. I have confidence in the value that I bring and believe I will be successful.

Staying healthy, Improving Health
- Exercise wise, I have slacked off the past 3-4 weeks and need to get back to it. I had been focused on X3 Bar resistance bands as a highly time efficient strength training. I need to get back to this and add some periodic HIIT.
- I believe I already have a strong immune system and rarely get sick. I had the flu last year for the first time in more than 30 years and it was mild. I am doing what I can to boost my immunity. I am focusing on improving my sleep quality. I am taking my vitamins more consistently, which already included fish oil, vitamin D/K, Vitamin C (3g), and multiple forms of magnesium. I have added Zinc/Copper and alpha lipoic acid.
- Eating healthy. Low carb, ketogenic. Limiting processed foods as much as possible. Organic, grass fed and/or wild caught as much as possible. RIght now, I weigh less than I have at any point in more than 30 years
